Over the years, modeling has become an important part of my self expression and the medium through which I create. Much of my inspiration comes from the art world and its portrayal of the female form. This includes classic Renaissance paintings and sculptures, pieces from the Art Nouveau period, early 20th century nude photography, and pinup girls and fetish art of the 1940s and 1950s. 

Modeling, for me, is more than just being “the body.” I want to use my physical form to tell a story, to confront what it means to have a femme figure in the world, and to challenge the power dynamic between subject and viewer. I enjoy molding myself into a new being every time I create. Since moving to Atlanta, I’ve had the privilege of working with many talented photographers who share this vision. Sometimes, an emotion, image, or something in nature sparks something deep within me and I turn to self portraits to bring those inspirations to life.
